Still trying to find out my norwood scale. Which scale am I at ?

I'm 23. Some people say I'm Norwood 2.5 some say 3 some say 2, i reckon in these scales it's difficult to understand. So I brushed my hair to the top in order to see the receding hair line clearly, I'm still confused ? What is my Norwood scale ?
In addition, I'm using topical minoxidil for 3 weeks and oral dutasteride for almost 1 week
