Doesn't really matter, he'd look good with hair (tho maybe with another style than in the pic), and you can always choose to shave your head with hair and grow it back if you don't like it, whereas if you're bald you're stuck with it. Also the fact he needs a shaved head disproves that hair loss is good for some, if he grew out the horseshoe obviously it would not look good so if you have to shave it down to look good it really just proves how unattractive male pattern baldness is.
