stopping finasteride

hey,

I just ran out of finasteride after being on it for 3 months and never got round to ordering more. Its been 4 days now and ive not noticed any hairs falling out.I still use minoxidil once at night and am thinking of stopping finasteride as I have a girlfriend now and was noticing a loss in libido. Well... I say loss, i have been finding it hard to keep an erection on the third shag of the night. I guess this isnt too bad considering and could be just down to me getting older or that I smoke but I have been thinking of stopping finasteride.btw i'm 25, fit and healthy.

Any idea on how long it will be before hair starts falling out ?

I only ever had a receding hairline and I am almost back to the hairline I had when I was 19. Some great regrowth, wish I took photos before and now. male pattern baldness is definitely in the genes as both my older bro and father are as bold as cue balls. Although I think my brother was far bolder than me at this age.

a few days off finasteride wont matter. as you have been taking it for 3 months it wont take to long to leave your system. I think its normal to not get a full erection after your 3rd shag. you seem like a good responder, you should could consider re ordering it again

I was just wondering, is this "boldness" that the men in your family exhibit related to increased testosterone levels, and is there perhaps a link to "baldness" as well, just wondering. Or are you from New York by any chance, and spell the way you speak?

just an update, its been over a week now and still no shedding, in fact im not losing any hair at all, just maybe about 3 or 4 in the shower.
