strategy minoxidil - dutasterid

hello,

I take dutasteride since one year. Now I want to win new hairs in the front. So I take additional minoxodil 5% for the front.

I would like to ensure the new grown hair with dutasterid. So if I quit minoxodil, will the new hair grown by minoxidil stay alive?

i nk any hair grown by minoxidil usually is only maintained by use of minoxidil.

by ythe way,i see that you are using dutaseride,how are you doing on it,any improvment?

I only have hairloss in the front. Some hairs are regrown but the most important think is, that my hair status is the same like before.

I haven't noticed any alteration since I use dutasterid.

i found an interesting german article about the combination minoxidil-finasterid (dht-blocker). So Dr. Wolff from Germany said, that you can hold the hairs, which were regrown by minoxidil. Important is the slow minoxidil discontuine.

unfortunately is no study availaible. but dr. wolff is a famous scientist of dermatology.
