Well, after doing a little bit of research on cortisol, and hairloss I decided to try to use vitamins to possibly regulate and lower my cortisol levels. Working on the assumption that cortisol adversely affects blood pressure, and overall health, I decided to utilize vitamin e. Also I had read somewhere that vitamin C helps neutralize, or regulate cortisol. So about a month ago I began supplementing with both vitamin E and C. Well...so far I cant tell much about my hair. Of course rome wasnt built in a day, however my scalp does feel a lot better though. Not sure if that really means anything tho
