I've always had thick hair all my life
6-8 months ago I had a very traumatic experience, levels of stress i'd never felt before.
this lead to me barely eating anything for probably around 5-6 months (1 meal a day usually a takeaway like mcdonalds) combined with 0 exercise (laying in bed or sitting at a PC chair) as i work from home at the moment
my hair is now thin as hell all over the scalp, texture completely changed and it just feels/looks like damaged hair.
Am i correct in assuming this is all related to nutrition/0 exercise and it will grow back thick and healthy now i'm making efforts to change
