hey i was wondering if shaving off my developing vellous hairs, from propecia, would hinder their development? Im asking cause they look odd because they are way in front of my current hairline and attract attention so i want to shave them off and hopefully this doesnt affect there development into a thick terminal hair. Does it? It wont slow down the growth process or anything right? thanx

No, chop away, no information is passed from the newly sliced hair back down to the root. Hair from the root upwards is dead anyhow.
