How exactly bad is it to go from a certain kind of finasteride to another, every once in a while?

I know its barely been a month, and I'm experiencing sides that suggest the finasteride is "Working" "Active" or "Whatever" but I don't know if it would be better to attempt to get "real" proscar, or perhaps even generic propecia and stop my fears, and certain posters here, stop messing with my head?
