I've been on dutasteride for about 2 weeks, and I am thinking of switching over to finasteride. I am not getting any side effects, but I am starting to get worried about the reasons for Glaxo to stop trials on dutasteride (I'm thinking that they may have seen serious problems after 6-12 months).
Does anyone know of any problems of switching from dutasteride to finasteride? I know that people that have switched from finasteride to dutasteride have experienced massive shedding, but I haven't heard the opposite. Also, since I've only been on it for 2 weeks, any effects should be minimal, no?
