T Level Very Low Before Starting Finasteride

So I want to start Finasteride but my T Level is very low (3,80 ng/ml)
(Range 2.80-8.52)
I am 23 years old and this seems not normal..
I took finasteride from 18-21 (3 years) and got bad side effects.
But I value my hair higher so I have to take it again.

What can I do about my Testo Level?
Will Finasterid increase or Decrease my T?

Finasteride increases T. But why would you take it again if you got bad side effects on it before ?? I recommend Minoxidil + Dermarolling + topical Finasteride.




Alot of people try 5ARIs, get sides and quit. Some even give 5ARIs another chance but the majority ends up with worse sides than the first time. If you wanna try, get on very small doses of finasteride (0,25 mg) and monitor closely for any side effects. If none, slowly up the dose in the span of several weeks until you reach 1mg.

I need to take this poison because I can't loose my hair...
I have to take it another 3-4 years until I got the power to order myself a hairsystem.

I still haven't recovered after 17 months off..
I'm maybe 30% recovered, that's it...

Maybe because DHT was keeping the body functioning normally. Once you block DHT, T cannot compensate over DHT because it is much weaker, and this is more pronounced in people with already low T. I'm just speculating but it seems the most plausible logic.




There are other ways than finasteride to keep your hair. Try topical finasteride as i mentioned earlier, coupled with minoxidil and Dermarolling. You can also try the "natural" anti DHT route of Saw palmetto or Rose-Mary oil. Hope isn't lost and you don't have to kill your health just to be on finasteride.

Sorry to hear that man. I m amazed you still consider going back. Either the sides weren't that bad or the thought of being bald really freaks you out big tine.
