I wanted to know if I am taking vitamin tablets or if I take medicine and that within the hour, if I go to the toilet to poop, if the absorption of food supplements (vitamins) or medicines does not stay in the organism and is not or less absorbed by the body?

because after taking vitamins I have a bowel movement less than an hour later

ditto for drugs

I go there 2 to 3 times a day, I have a good transit

I ask the question because I can't find an answer on the internet

Dude your body is absorbing it fine - you don’t eat something then sh*t it out shortly after

Only if it is diarrhea . Even so, after an hour most will be absorbed .

I have the same issue with castor oil. Vitamins usually need to be combined with food to avoid vomiting but I am unsure in reference to waste elimination. People often talk about expensive urine or using buccal or sublingual ways to get meds more quickly in the blood stream like minoxidil or Premarin or Estrofem. I take melatonin upon someone on here's recommendation and a mutli-vitamin for Her, which is laughable except for maybe iron content related to the same bottle for Him. Both have more than the daily requirement for biotin so I don't take that. I don't know about vitamins but many on MtF HRT takes things rectally for best absorption and blood levels which doesn't cause elimination immediately so much as leak out. 200mg pills are white and much more suitable for this than the 100mg pills which stain bright red or orange. I would be hesitant about using anything but a multivitamin and anti-oxidants like melatonin and C and E. B vitamins should be in in multi's or gotten by food as should most nutrients.

By the way my weight is dropping like a stone or exactly a stone since I greatly lowered my oral min RX so the weight effects seem to be strong related to oral min. I think it increases hunger aside from water retention.
