Taking Oral minoxidil for 20 days now and no sides. Does that mean I won't have sides in the future?

I heard about water retention and it sounds terrifying. But I've been taking 10mg daily for almost 3 weeks now and I have no side effect. Does that mean it's highly unlikely I will have it in the future?

Based on the below meta analysis of low dose oral min, edema and fluid retention typically appeared after 45days. This was roughly in line with my experience as well. Not sure if it would occur sooner at higher dosages. The severity could be greater too perhaps. Everyone reacts differently so you still may not experience it at all.
