Hi everyone!

I'm 23 years old, and as far as I can remember I've been losing hair since I'm 18 years old. However at that times, I was more concerned on losing my weight and my acnes. So I didn't do anything except shave my hair once a year hoping that it could grow back, only to find out it's getting worse.

Then, I did a research on hairloss when I found this website. As weird as it may sound, I'm actually quite grateful that I'm not the only one. I've been following the forum for a quite awhile now, and it is safe to say that the best treatment for people in my age is by taking PROPECIA. But reading the side effects, it scares me a little bit. So I decided not to take that option but instead I used another route. It also come to my conclusion that masturbation also contributes to hairloss. So, I'm going to stop that for at least 6 months starting today.

Treatment:
1. Hairback International: Shampoo (started on 24 August 2009)
2. Hairback International: Hair Tonic (started on 24 August 2009)
3. VitaHealth Complex B+C (started on 10 September 2009)
4. Stop masturbation (started 19 October 2009)

Here's my progress so far:

I'm afraid there were times when I forgot to take my vitamins or apply the hair tonic on my hair. But I will keep that in mind starting today as I'd like to share my journey with you guys. P Sorry about the light, I will try to take better pictures from now on.

Oh ya! I'm having an appointment with skin specialist on the Novembet 4th, just want to hear what he/she will say about my condition. And I will keep you updated.

Re: Tekidanto's Story

yeah man masturbation is not the cause of your hairloss.
I've been freaking out with my hair loss for a couple years now, and through all these forums and through my own trial and error, i realized that there really are only three things that are gonna help hair loss: rogaine, nizoral shampoo and propecia.
I personally will never take propecia, as i dont wanna mess with side effects. But i have been using the other two and have been seeing satisfying results.
Good luck man.

Re: Tekidanto's Story

Maybe I want to stop masturbation because I'd like to stay healthy as I realise that in the morning I always feel like I'm lack of energy, my back hurt and etc. I did a research on side effects of masturbation, and they fit exactly what I'm suffering after I did it, including hair loss.

Speaking of Propecia, Rogaine and Nizoral, I might consider using it if the skin specialist who I'll be meeting next month, suggested it. But for now, I'm using what I have atm.

Just saying that if it did cause hair loss every man in the world would look like patrick stewart :punk:

But if stopping wanking it has made you feel better hey whatever works! (i'd just drink more coffee)

My friend, if anything masturbation can help you stay healthy! Studies show that ejaculating regularly can help reduce the chance of cancer, I can't remember if it was testicular or prostate. Also it helps you relax. As long as you're not doing it too many times a day, it should be fine.

Do yourself a favor and get on something that is proven to work. Don't throw your money for snakeoils.

Stopping masturbation is the only part of your regimen that might help you. If it effects male pattern baldness it's less than 1% so, you are getting rid of this cause.
