If she asks you about that pill you take everyday, I would be straight up honest with her. Other wise I would just keep it to myself. Not hiding it, but not brining it up.
Only tell her if she asks why you take meds each and every day. I don't think you tell her that you are wearing the same socks as yesterday, right? No need to her about your daily schedule if she doesn't ask or if it's not life saving.
