hello the forum

I just bought 2% ketoconazole shampoo, wanted to know how many times per week do I need to apply it for good results?

I think 2 to 3 times a week is sufficient. I stimulate my scalp by combing it vigorously before applying. I then massage it in and leave it on for at least 3 minutes.

It helps reduce DHT, but it's not enough on its own to have a great preventative effect. You'll need Finasteride for that and Minoxidil to stimulate growth.

Regenepure DR is the best shampoo for Hairloss but contains 1% ketaconazole.

I think it's basically Nizoral shampoo and they just add other stuff to it and it dilutes it. It the same color almost. I just use Nizoral shampoo and mix it with my Revivogen shampoo and it's basically the same.

Oh ok, I rotate my shampoo but use all 4:

Revita
BIG3 Lipogaine gold label
Regenepure DR
Nizoral.

The latest version of Regenepure DR is not as thick as it used to be so I stopped using it and just buy Nizoral shampoo which is thick.

Why not 2%? I believe there’s more studies supporting 2% keto
Because it's easy to buy over the counter where I live but 2% is not. I don't want to over dry my scalp out either so it allows me to use it more frequently without doing it. I honesty think keto in general is not going to make a huge difference in fighting male pattern baldness but it keeps your scalp feeling healthy and less inflamed.

Agreed. How often do you use it?

I used it every other day or every two days. I mix it into my other shampoos like Revivogen( which is basically similar to Regenerpure DR) and Proctor's Nano Shampoo that is basically equivalent to 2 percent minoxidil in shampoo form and works better than any other shampoo for hair loss but nobody knows about. @justinbieberscombover uses it and likes it.

I wont lose this

I always see you giving advice but never seen your hair. Would you share pics with me of it? Just curious to know how it looks
