I hear propecia raises test for the first few weeks then goes back to normal. Oily scalp means you are making more testosterone. It should subside soon. I havent heard of anyone having a greasy scalp on propecia, I heard just the opposite.

I think i may have had an oily scalp when i first started propecia (although i think it was always a bit oily before as well). It was around the same time i first started using nizoral.

Now i use a mix of Nizoral/TSAL twice a week, and TGEL all the other days, and my scalp seems fine.

stingray,

I am one of the many that reduces my language to the internationally accepted American of the internet, I am sure it goes unnoticed that many people re-spell and re-phrase to get their point over to the mass of responders.

well spotted, he's not like you.

Too true ty. I realize you do not speak english well bruno, but you don't need to talk in all capital letters and use an insane amount of punctuation marks and the like. I'm sure spanish speaking people conform to the same basic etiquette that is necessary for casual conversation. If you can't speak a language properly (though that is no fault of your own), the best way to get people to understand what you are saying is by making it as contrite and simplistic as you can while still making your point. Otherwise it just causes us to not want to read your post.

But what do I know? I'm just a stupid american. :)

Ty, do you really do that?! I don't think you should re-spell anything for any pseudo-internet convention of English. I like hearing/learning idioms from different English speaking areas. Hell, you gots me saying Wahey now.

But I agree... Sting, don't poke fun of people's English. The guy is from Mexico and he's f*****g bald. The last thing he needs is to get sh*t about how well he speaks in a second language.

bruno2003,

I dont think it matters what time of day you take the pill as long as your consistant. In regards to the oilyness I would try T-Gel as this is what was used in the Propecia trials...

Distressed...

No, I mean like being rude to someone that is looking for answers. It's ok to call people pricks when they are picking on someone else for no reason, and when they are acting like pricks.

It's a good thing that the site counts non hair loss related posts, otherwise I'd imagine half the users here would still be newbies :!:

I'm not bald ;)

Also, I pick on people because it makes me feel better as a human. If you don't like it, don't take me seriously ;) because I'm not.
