Well how long do you microneedling? 30min?
,5 its ok or i can go 2?
how long do i have to w8 for the next season?
i read that microneedling in the face you should w8 like 4 to 6 weeks,
but i read in the forum that people do it in the hair, one or two weeks.
any thoughs?

try 1.5mm every week, but only do it mildly. like it shouldnt bleed, just some redness of the skin
