rachael>phoebe>monica (phoebe had the best body and oozes sexuality and is who id like to bang most but rachael was oneitus material, monica just far too skinny although she is objectively the best looking perhaps with great facial features and frame, was a legit model IIRC)

As for the guys its obvious Joey was the best looking during the time of the show but Ross had that ridiculously good hairline and height on him. no homo.
