It's the only place were they can do what they really want. Torture and book bans. Reminds me of something...
That said, being a high security place, books are a luxury. But banning some is really terrible publicity. Allowing the books, even anti-war ones, would be golden publicity. America is generally good at PR, but the Gov tends to suck *** at it.
