My DUPA says otherwise.finasteride + minoxidil + transplants can give you a decent head of hair no matter your norwooding
That used to be the case but not anymore. They have evolved and now there are clinics specialising in giving once slick bald Norwood 6-7 guys life changing results:Transplants are basically sh*t for anything past NW3

And of course, if your donor is virgin and very dense you could consider doing a giga session with Dr. Zarev from Bulgaria and get your scalp totally covered like a miracle:
That dude had lost all his non permanent hair already. And the transplanted hairs are DHT resistant. I don't see the necessity for meds.Would be nice if we didn't have to manipulate hormones to maintain...
Ironic statement considering manhood is what you lose in the bargain. That dude had lost all his non permanent hair already. And the transplanted hairs are DHT resistant. I don't see the necessity for meds.
And even if fina were advisable, f*cking pay the price like a man. Good sh*t in life doesn't come for free.
Go to turkey thenI'd be much more open to getting a transplant if it wasn't 10 grand.
Don't have any before pictures and currently it's too long to see things clearly. Planning to buzz it down some time in the future to show microneedling progress though.Would you mind sharing pictures?
I asked because while DUPA normally does disqualify you from transplants, there are certain surgeons who can still get you a good result even with DUPA.Don't have any before pictures and currently it's too long to see things clearly. Nuking DHT and then microneedling with minoxidil seems more of a cure than a transplant at least for diffuse thinners, it seems to me the more hairs are in a place the more hairs are created by needling so while a 100% bald spot will take forever to grow anything a diffused spot will progress much faster.
