We used to have the most informative website
about manuka honey on the internet, with lab
report, research, third party opinions, in form
of customer testimonials, as well as instructions
on how to use manuka honey…
Unfortunately, we are no longer allowed to educate
our customers about the many natural uses of
manuka honey.
Even though other websites still display all kinds
of information, it is only a matter of time, until
their sites too will be shut down or permanently
changed to very general information…
We are not pointing fingers at anybody, we are just
saying, that from now on, you are pretty much on
your own, when it comes to researching information
about Manuka Honey and its uses on the internet,
in order to find answers to your questions.
We are working on a new information sheet and order
form, however, the information will be very basic.
There seems to be no more “freedom of speech†to
speak of. It is a sad chapter in our business’s history.
We want to thank you for your patronage during the

We only deal with reputable beekeepers in New Zealand.
Our Active Manuka Honey UMF 16+ is truly tested and
certified by NZ Labs in New Zealand, and all our bee-
keepers are registered with the UMF Association in New
Zealand.
The UMF Association oversees QUALITY CONTROL at our
beekeepers operations, which is very important to us.
In addition to each batch of Active Manuka Honey UMF 16+
being tested at NZ Labs, to insure that we only import
the highest quality, the fda also tests our honey here
in the US. Usually the fda does not share their results
with us, other wise we in turn would post their test
results on our website. They want to insure, that our
honey is safe, and that it does not contain any chemicals
or pesticides.
The fda will never find such elements in our honey,
as our honey is collected in remote areas in New Zealand,
where you find the cleanest air, cleanest water and most
nutrient rich soil in the world today.
During my most recent visit to New Zealand, I
visited our bees in the field, talked to our beekeepers,
whom we have personally known for 17+ years, as well
as visited with all our manufacturer’s and
Dr. Peter Molan himself.
Dr. Molan has been researching this honey for over
25 years, and he is the most knowledgeable person in
the world today. He has published the largest volume
of scientific research on manuka honey, and he is not
done yet. Research never ends…
Other researchers around the world, are just now starting
to be intrigued by manuka honey, and are beginning to
research and explore, each and every element and
compound found in manuka Honey, in an attempt to try
to find out what makes manuka honey so much more
special and unique, then any other honey found in the
world today. There are as many different kinds of honey’s
in the world today, as there are a variety of floral
sources.
