the future?....

it seems from most of these comments that hair cloning in the near future is probably going to happen. Is this the wrong impression to have? or is it really just a matter of time?

I'm assuming this won't affect any past transplants, which makes me wonder whether it would be a good idea to get one at a young age confident in the knowledge that no matter what my future hairloss there will be enough donor hair.

ps. how much MSM do people take? have just got some 1000mg tablets, should i cut them up?

currently

5%minoxidil
500mg saw palmetto
flaxseed oil
glass of red wine per day (think might improve circulation)
waiting to start finasteride

I'd be interested to see these comments that say "hair cloning in the near future is probably going to happen" - I have a different impression and would love to be proven wrong.

MSM - Start with 3,000 mg - 3 capsules - per day and slowly increase up to 5 or 6. Although the stuff is very safe, I'd take the time to read as much as possible to determine what's best for you.

He's most likely quoting some of the "self declared scientists" that frequent the other forums and have been for the last 4 years saying its right around the corner.

was just a general impression i got thats all. I'm obviously in the process of changing that impresion now, but there are a fair bit on this and other reputable hairloss sites which suggest it may be on the horzion.

Anyways, fingers crossed

You gotta define "near future",. is that 2 years? 5? 10? Ive read that follicle cloning is unvariably 5 years away; 5 years ago it was 5 years away, and 5 years from now it will be 5 years away. But I do think we'll probably see it practiced in the next 5-10 years.
