I know this is old but how do people actually believe that this a hair transplant?
This dude runs like an idiot to his assistant once it starts raining and wears a cap, even when he is wearing a suit. No way a mature guy does this unless it is a hair system or probably H.T+ concealers or partial wig.

im come more and more to the conclusion that you will always need concealers if you go for the haitransplant
otherwise the lack of density will always give a off look

I don't think it's goofy. Modern hairstyles accentuate even the most modest recession which is why there are so many young people here on these forums. People will have hair well into their 30s are here because they got a little recession in the corners and can use gel to pull up a straight wall of hair in the front. It's ridiculous.

I used to rock a mini combforward/"man fringe" for months 3-5 after my first transplant.. at last I asked some ladies what they prefer and they all found my hair up even with some thinning and recession more attractive and masculine.
Looking like Dumb and Dumber or the 5th Beatles member beats being bald but still not ideal.

Oh, it’s a definitely a hair transplant. You cab tell his hair on top is thin, his hair style hides it very well and he’s probably running some concealers. Here’s a video of him exposing his hair and how thin it is on top

Wow. That really is amazing. Dude was almost slick bald. H&W are super expensive but when it comes to hair transplants, you really get what you're paying for and 20k ain't the world. This video gives me a lot of confidence, thanks. I think most hair transplant videos posted by clinics are lacking in that they don't show what the possible endgame with concealers looks like. Of course, they wanna show of their results, work, "naturalness" and so on but if you got some hair on your head, concealers can almost always make you look like a fullhead even if you're far gone. They should also show that.
