The hairs are falling out of my head and seeding on my Back

For the past few months the hairs have been falling out of my head. And it seems that my back hair been aquiring these fully grown head hairs. I tried to pluck them out but they put up a good fight when i tug them. Is this possible? can my hair really be absorbed and live on my back. I know i have not been growing hair anywhere in my back, i just appears the next day, what is going on! :freaked: :freaked:

no, i doubt very much that that is possible.

what is most likely happening, is that the same hormones (i.e. DHT) causing you hair loss on your scalp is causing hair growth on your back. you say that you son't see any hairs growing on your back, and that they just appear, but its probably only because you only notice the hairs when they are fully grown, and don't notice them otherwise.

the only way the "seeding" thing is possible is if your back is covered in dirt and grime, and your dead hairs embed in that dirt. but you'd have to be pretty dirty for that to be happeneing.

this is completely impossible - you are just getting older which your anus will soon be hairier than your head

It's totally impossible for hair on your head to seed on your back. I would check your anus as well just to be on the safe side!
