Anyone who watches WWE will know that Shawn Michaels - AKA the Showstopper, AKA the leader of the Clique, AKA the Heartbreak Kid - recently returned to assist his long-time best friend Triple H in his feud with the Brothers of Destruction Undertaker and Kane.

Since his return Shawn has been wearing a cowboy hat, but on Monday Night Raw this week he was chokeslammed by Kane and his hat came off... revealing that he is now bald:

And the internet lost its mind.

Personally I think it suits him. What do you guys think of the fact that the Heartbreak Kid has shaved his head?

It suits him by 2016, but not 1996 - meaning shaved looks better when you reach the stage of badly thinned hair and lots of scalp showing. Otherwise more hair always looks better.

You have to be pretty lucky to be in these androgen raging sports using steroids and still keep a decent head of hair.

Very true. I don't think it's worth shaving until it's absolutely necessary. However, the younger you are, the better your skin is and the more handsome you could look bald, instead of trying to hide your recession, so it's a difficult one.

I want to see what my head looks like shaved, but I just can't imagine doing it in a corporate environment. I think growing a beard out as a disguise and then buzzing down might be a good safe option, however. But unfortunately I have crap beard genetics.

Man, I hate this disease. Completely changed the guy.

He’s twenty years older you fool. Baldness didn’t age him, the twenty years of drugs, roids and partying aged him on top of his profession which involves ton of injuries. Take that wig off, it’s blocking your clarity even more than before wearing one.

He's 53 years old, that "sexy boy" nonsense started to look silly years ago and he's obviously been losing his hair for a long time so if he's shaved his hair it's no big deal really.
