The Media Mocking Baldness

I'll start off with an article from Engadget that was posted today:

During a recent campaign stop in South Carolina, billionaire presidential candidate and hairpiece aficionado Donald Trump decided to share Senator Lindsey Graham's personal cell phone number with the crowd (and all of televised America). This resulted in his phone being inundated by calls from across the country. So what's Senator Graham (R-SC) to do with a number that may as well be scrawled across every truck stop bathroom in the nation under "For a good time call"? Well, first, he got himself a new phone. Then he teamed up with Independent Journal Review, a news and politics forum, to give his trusty old flip-phone the send-off it deserved -- which apparently includes lots of fire, golf clubs, blenders, bokken and long falls.

What an a**h**. As much as I don't like Donald Trump, I don't base my distaste for him over genetics. I don't like him for his ideas.

Does he even wear an hairpiece? It looks like an elaborate combover.

One way or another, it's a cheap jab at his physical appearance which is irrelevant to the story.

The same happens with a professional golfer named Jordan Spieth. When it's about his golfing only, the fact that he's balding severely will just be brought up and pointed out against him. Even a telecast one time while live on air commented saying, "Spieth's only concern is losing his hair." People in general are just so clueless about how painful it is to be a young balding man.

Does someone know how fat shaming became unacceptable? Maybe we could do the same thing about bald shaming.

Yeah. It included women.

Nobody cares to talk about men's health though, so keep dreaming.

Except excessive fat is detrimental to your health. It's like smoking. Most of the time this "fat shaming" is more of an advice than an insult. And losing fat is something you can do for free, without any side effects except being much more healthy and attractive.

Yeah. It included women.
Wow, I've never realised this but you're right. And some of this fat women don't even consider themselves fat, they think they are "curvy".

Every fat girl is beautiful and deserve a tall hot NW1.

It's more like every girl, not just fat. It's essentially enforcing entitlement. Perhaps that's why there is more misandry today?

That's what you see everywhere on the social networks, in the media, at social events. All girls deserve the best and only the best.

Because they're good by nature while men have all been born evil and are perverts who only want to take advantage of poor good-hearted women.

And when you hint that maybe men deserve a good girlfriend too, you are met with disdain and girls will think you're a narcissist.

Go to the 7:50 mark, listen to what Sally Peck has to say and then listen carefully to what Milo has to say in response immediately after. This dude is my new hero. Keep watching after that though, the guy completely destroys those misandrists. He even touches up on the 'sexodus' of men checking out of society.

Guys, it's not a competition. There are male and female assholes. Feminists are annoying as hell but I think a drunk male beating his wife is much more disgusting.

We are living in a new paradigm. In the past it was simple, men were "the head" of the family, they were the ones earning money, women did house work and take care of children and so on. Now women are independent, they get a good education, a good job and can provide themselves with anything they want. I think this is a good think but yes, it "decreases" the value of men if you think about it. Most men aren't attractive, they don't stand out so most women will want the hot ones. As a male I find a lot of women hot but I think the vast majority of women find me invisible lol. I don't care because I am with the woman I love and she loves me.

I have no problem with feminists if they're fighting for FAIR and equal treatment but that also has to include being held to the same standards. What I have a problem with is this silent form of misandry that nobody talks about.

wish i was that lucky :(

Don't worry, something good will come in the end. I was cheated by a former girlfriend, I cried over one girl I really liked but she rejected me. You just have to keep on going and don't care too much.

I get this. What's the most annoying is they can make up stuff on the fly as it suits them. They (the annoying stupid ones) want to be equal when it suits them but sometimes want you to be aggressive (protect your woman, are you a pussy? what kind of men are you? man up and other stuff). Practicaly anything you do as a man can be turned against you. Just being a man near a dumb feminist can be seen as sexist. Saying to my girlfriend "you're not strong enough to lift that" sexism! not offering to help her , sexism!

They should accept there can be no true equality. Forced equality is communism lol and communism sucks.

I completely understand the "wanting to check out of society" feeling as a balding man. When you're bald at a young age, you're not valued by women at all. You're just a bald creep loser.

So if you're going to be pegged as a bottom feeder whose hard work will never be recongnized no matter what he does (remember Jordan Spieth), why contribute at all?

We need incentive. We can see it with people like Exodus, if you don't have an incentive, if there is no good girlfriend and a normal social life waiting for you, why even bother?

I don't see why I have to waste my life working a 40 hours a week job while I could totally sustain myself doing a part-time job.

Now it's different because thanks to my hair transplant, I'm treated like a human being again. But what if I was still bald, or short, or ugly?

My worth as a man in the current sick times we live would be close to nothing. Even now, I don't see much attention being brought to me.

I could let my Facebook run for months without any notification and much messages. While I see fat girls getting dozens of notifications and messages in a single day.

We as men do not matter much in the eyes of society, while women are constantly given attention and celebrated, and for what reason again? Oh that's right, they're women!

Kind of sounds like me. I match the short, bald, sort of ugly profile and I've pretty much checked out. I honestly find no point struggling against the odds for a woman, get friends who judge me according to my looks or work to raise a family.

That female comedian really didn't see the funny side of things. Most of these women in that video got so defensive and then began whispering stuff towards the end when that Milo guy was speaking. He did make some valid points though and really wish he could finish his argument about the sexodus.

So true. And it's not like only tall girls reject shorter guys. If you google you'll find girls seriously having seconds thoughts about guys because "what if I'm taller than him with my heels on?". Oh noes, what a tragedy that might be, how can you possibly have to accept such punishment.

honestly i've been thinking that makeup is largely responsible for the uneven power. men find a lot of women attractive but women only find a few men attractive. but 99% of women are false advertising, they all are 2-3 points higher than they should be with the materially engineered facepaint :/

imagine a world where makeup was illegal . . . . . we would be on equal terms

You'd quickly find that men are actually the more attractive gender. lol.
