Keep in mind they used the legal loophole "FDA Cleared", as opposed to "approved". Same thing they did with Hairmax Laser Comb, it is "cleared" as safe to use as a medical device, but not "approved" as an actual WORKING treatment. It can get very technical like that and that is how the consumer gets screwed. Buyer beware!
