Was hoping to start a thread with anyone and everyone posting the one thing they believe helped their hair the most. I'm losing badly and want to add something else. Would be great to have a thread with everyone posting their winner(s), for those that have one. Eventho I'm losing now, I do believe there are things that helped, even if it was temporary. I'll start:

RU + Stemoxydine

Hard to pick just one so...

1. Tied between CE-Q10 supps and peppermint/rosemary oil topical
2. L Tyrosine supp
3. Dead sea salt (in water when I wash hair/scalp so technically a topical)
4. Joined 4th is Magnesium, MSM and DHT regulating supplements (not meds)

Take a load of other stuff for 15-20 years but these above without doubt have helped me maintain and possibly regrow, so thought I'd give them all a mention.

Nice troll
My answers are what has kept my hair for 15 plus years and recently improved it - I'm answering a question your filling a thread with bullshit comments and I'm the troll lmfao, you need to go see a Dr you clown.

The reason natural solutions get discarded is because 99 percent of them don't work and the ones that do work take a very long time so very few people have the patience. It's okay It's exactly the same for other health issues, a sea of snake oils and a lot of trial and error with a lot of patience and you might just find what works for you. If your waiting for a medical solution you will be arguing on this forum for generations to come they are not going to completely solve hairloss with drugs anytime soon, especially when the world is in financial meltdown.

How is it standard to wait 9-12 months on finasteride yet if derma rolling essential oils doesn't work in a few months it's a scam. Madness

I didn't find stemoxydine to do anything for me, just another annoying topical on top of Minoxidil, not worth it

The only sh*t that worked for me is duta+OM+topical minoxidil+needling(1x week) alltogether after trying a lot of stuff (discarded RU/stemox/alfatradiol/fluridil/clobetasol).

I am going to incorporate LLLT soon and see if it helps or not. I have chronic inflammed scalp so it might. I seen some clinics in Spain apply LedCaps after microneedling sessions because it's meant to help heal faster. Most likely won't do sh*t but worth trying I guess.

Why use Topical minoxidill on a chronic inflamed scalp? Oral minoxidill should be enough.

Thanks for the reply, I'm not familiar with OM, can you share some details on what it is and where you purchase?

The only studies that prove microneedling works is with topical minoxidil, too afraid to gamble atm. I use topical next 2-3 days of needling and not the rest. Trying to address the inflammation part without removing topical.

OM is Oral Minoxidil, which is becoming more popular as of late because some studies have addressed it being safer than originally thought for low doses (2.5mg-5mg range). It makes all non-responders become responders. But if you are a responder its not really clear if its better or worse.

I purchase from pharmacy with my trichologist prescription.

Great question.. I would say to concentrate on a spot & keep hammering it with whatever you use. I wish I could point to one product that was like miracle grow.
