The only way out of hair loss is to shave the head/combover and accept the reduced quality of life

I'm starting to wonder whether this is true. It seems like hair transplants are for lucky people who are destined to become NW5 or NW6 with high sides, or willing and able to use finasteride indefinitely. These are not be all end all cures though; they have lots of issues. So I am starting to think that there never was a way out to begin with and that maybe somewhere in school or something we should have been taught how to deal with this. Hair loss hits way before people get told to prioritize their mental health, for example.

Hairloss hit me before I could buy my own cigs jfl, there is no way out of hairloss if you do not count blowing yourself up so your bald head will not be shown in a casket

You have to go bald and be bald for a few years before you feel better. You'll see that your own character can get through baldness even if others' opinion of you can not. Because if you were the only human on Earth, I'm sure that hair loss would just involve a few years of crying followed by acceptance.
