P. S. I immediately apologize for my bad English, I'm from Russia

Minoxidil and propecia do not use, 24 y.o.
The problem is that clinics refuse hair transplant operations, arguing that there is insufficient hair in the donor area. Tell me what do you think about this?
What stage do you think of Norwood?

I am sorry to say this mate, but that is very severe hairloss at that age so yes, a hair transplant is not oging to look very good. U don't have much donor.

think if there is money, then there is a way out;)

honestly speaking, it doesn’t look as terrifying as in the picture, since childhood I have half the hairs on my head and half dark when the baldness started, it started not to stand out favorably. But I will find a way out of the situation, and I see three of them, an operation, minoxidil or a razor every morning. No wigs, trichopigmentation and propecia. Waiting for outgoing advice about my situation, who has had this type of baldness?

Duta + Loniten + micro dosage on spironolactone

i could see you making a come back, dangerous regime though, me personally? I wouldn't do it

Your donor area is definetely fucked. Strong retrograde alopecia. A transplant is not for you. A trans regime could bring you back from the dead, but I would not risk that.

Considering he doesn't even use finasteride or minoxidil im pretty sure he wouldn't be up for dutasteride, spironolactone and estradiol, even though there is a good chance he would gain a lot of his hair back on such a regimen, other than that you need to shave it or get a hair piece. Not much you can do at this point.
