You probably don't have to be worse than NW4 if you start dutasteride early enough. Then you can get transplants to fill back to NW1.5 most likely.

I can´t imagine being a Norwood 7 either, because I would kill myself if I ever was to reach Norwood 4. Really, to me there is no difference, both is bald to me. I can hardly deal with being a NW2 so losing any more ground would be f*****g terrible to me......

Lol...i agree..I only turned 22 three months ago but am already a Norwood 6..A norwood 4 would be brilliant.

It sucks if you're only about hair. I don't think I've ever been about hair... I have had many other issues about myself (before hairloss) but most people have still found me funny etc. So in conclusion, I don't think it's my hair, I think it's my character and attitude.

Why do you think NW2 is a bad result, out of interest? It's the mature hairline, perfectly normal for most guys into their 20s/30s.
