The use of minoxidil on hairline

I've been using it on the hairline for about 4 weeks. I use the sprayer as I've found the others useless. I normally apply six sprays in the morn and recently six at night (which is what the manual says).

I seem to be getting a lot of flaking in front of the hairline and behind.
If I were to grow some hairline hairs would I need to continue applying over the new hair or in front of it? Thanks?

Yes, you'll continue to apply to the same areas you do now. Try Nizoral and TGEL (or similar) for the flaking.
