What does it mean if the hairs you are losing have a white bulb attached the end? Is that good? Is that bad?

I don't know but I think healthy hairs keep their thickness all over, generally when hair follicles are dieying they produce thinner hair.
Jayman that's a bit weird, never heard about brown bulbs before.
