Thin Anagen hairs? What does that mean?

So does that mean the follicles are minaturizing? Or does that mean that the thin hairs are making way for thicker and fuller hairs? And the thin hairs are just the velus hairs? But the hairs I find that are on my pillow are pigmented. And they taper at the top so the growth phase to telogen seems really really short.

I need help!
