Its time to stop beating the meat......you over did it.......yikes bro....no but seriously.. you need to get on finasteride either oral or topical, if no regrowth or thickening happens after a full year get on topical minoxidill. You dont rly wanna start several treatments at once then you wont know what works best and you are stuck using both minoxidill and finasteride for life. When just finasteride could have been enough.

But seriously, yes you have hair loss and should consider the treatments that @losingbattle88 just mentioned. You should also consider a different haircut, where you can comb it over around the back. Your haircut makes it very easy to see the spot.

I agree with Mr Potato Head and losingbattle88. Good news is that the crown tends to respond better to treatments than the front. But if you lose it, it can end up becoming a black hole if you ever want to get a hair transplant in that area down the line.
