thinking of starting finasteride

Hi guys,

I was making a post because I am thinking of starting finasteride. I had been taking it up until July at varying doses for 6 months and experienced sexual sides while taking it. I wanted to ask if I experienced sides the first time taking it, am I bound to experience sides if I give it another shot?

It probably will and it could be worse like what happened with me. The first time I got off I recovered normally but the second was a trip and ended up giving me a muscular dysfunctional. It doesn't work for you so stay away from it.

I experienced sexual sides, albiet they were minor compared to what some guys get. They eventually went away with continued use.

This doesn't mean that will happen for you though

6 months is more than long enough, if they didn't subside then they won't. Please, stay off that **** or you may end up hurting yourself.

sirfartsalot, I'm in the same boat as you are. I also used finasteride for about 6 months and stopped in July because I had a constant ball ache, and eventually I was suffering from malaise. I couldn't get any work done. It did help regrow my hairline, so I started taking a quarter of a pill once every few days, instead of once a day. I'm hoping that maybe I can get less sides with some sort of benefit. My hope is that I can keep my follicles active until one of the next phase of treatments is available. It's a terrible decision to have to make, and I ask myself every day what the hell I'm doing with my health. Best of luck.
