Thinning blood

Hi all,

Just a quick question wondering if proscar cut into quarters can thin the blood like an asprin?

I have just had an operation recently and have had problems with bleeding and my Doctor is saying that my blood is showing asprin type effects. I have told him the only medication I have been on has been panadol. It is a strange case.

I'm just trying to rule out taking proscar as the cause.

Finasteride has no reported effect on blood coagulation.
