But you are getting an increase of a much more anabolic hormone, Testosterone. DHT is not anabolic, it is androgenic. Anabolic hormones promote health. DHT actually inhibits Testosterone. Finasteride can improve the health in some situations. Not everything is as black and white as you have compartmentalized it to be. Most men do not and will not ever have side effects on finasteride.

Lol. No, you are not. First at all, there is a ying/yang relation between Estrogen and DHT . Even in a short period of time Estrogen increase more on what Testosterone increase. The spouse 20 % more testosterone will change zero anabolic effect.
And after a couple of years, that is why Merk never make it public, your testosterone start to decrease your estrogen increase, your Progeterone will drop to zero , etc .
Do you really think that you can eliminate 70 % of a main hormone in a male body and the body will not react to it ?! lol . Read more, instead of dislike comments of others. Cause you are simple disliking the truth. Sorry to tell you that a lot things change in how much we know about DHT in the body during this more than 22 years since FDA approve propecia.
Why you think Glaxo never release Dutasteride for Androgenetic Alopecia in USA even so, they show much, much better cosmetic results than Finasteride ?
Name one, one hormone that being in normal range you can eliminate it 70 % from the body without side effects ? You can't even do that with cholesterol.
