Thinning Hairline And Crown At 22 Years Old. Is This Early Stage Mpd?

My temples have gone noticeably thinner these past few years since i was 18.

Want to catch it in the early stages and regain my hairline with the hopes of then adding thickness to thin areas maintain from there on out.

Judging from my pictures would mix or finasteride or a combination of both of these be adequate for crown and temple regrowth?

My dad is nw5, but my brother who is 3 years older has a matured hairline but no thinning.

Mothers side has no balding at all.

Could it be that you are getting a mature hairline like your brother? Can you remember if he formerly had thinning temples?

his hairline has raised nearly an inch in 4 or 5 inches. Did not notice any thinning

finasteride first . Minoxidil is messy and can cause alot of shedding. Take finasteride stabilize first and then add topicals if needed...goodluck
