Hey been using propecia 1mg day and nizoral 1-2 times a week 11 months. Started 01.01.2011 . Dont think it has made any difference, i dont have any pics before starting propecia. I get my propecia from farmacy so its not fake.

This all started about 5 years ago when i was 23 because i have thinning only on my crown i didnt notice it myself. It all started with the comments. Frontal hairline is ok no problems there.

Would you say your hairloss was worse before you've used Propecia? If so do you have pictures of baseline? I'd also consider using Minoxidil. You seem to have a lot of fine hairs still there, Minoxidil could make those hairs thicker again, and maybe regrow some more.

If your hair has not got any worse then the Propecia is working. Use minoxidil if you want regrowth.

I know finasteride+minoxidil is best for fighting hairloss but i dont wanna add minoxidil just yet. Is it possible i can see regrowth in second year. What type hairloss do i have, because if i let my hair crow one month from zero then front looks intact. Maybe i have mature hairline at most. Do i have thinning or is it diffuse hair loss. I have read this forum many times but havent seen pics like mine.

I second what Captain said. Try out Rogaine

Ok been only in finasteride 1 year can't say i have seen any improwement. Is it possible i see improwement in the next year, or i have to add rogaine.
