It is actually more about how to transport already known solutions (Finasteride/Duta) to the right location AND KEEPING IT ONLY THERE.

These transportation solutions are rapidly evolving as it is not just relevant for hair loss, but also other meds. Basically when that has been found out, the first non side effect solution will already be rdy for us.

(The article (a master thesis) provides more details on this)

Perhaps it is better to look for these "transportation compounds" than a hail mary new hair loss solution that will take forever to be created.

Why is it in Dutch and not English? I never met any who didn't speak English almost like a native born speaker which they almost are since Dutch is closest to English grammatically and structurally and sound-wise, it's right between English and German. I could possibly struggle through it in translate but why do you think this is the big thing, out of the blue?

Well because it makes clear where our focus should be, at least on the short term. That being on using what we have now already in a way that it will not get us sides. And that we are actually close to doing that, just need that "transportation compound" as mentioned in the paper (explains very well how that works), to get topical fina/duta to the right location AND KEEPING IT ONLY THERE.

With the support of our community that could be done in months (finding the right compound to transport the topical finasteride).. Other options (breezula etc) will take years still ..

Maybe that was impertinent as I do see studies in many languages but it does hamper somewhat of incidental ho-hum studies but the NY Times will let us know when the next finasteride/Duta come out because there will be articles like this:
