This is what my hair looks like after 10months on finasteride

Greasy/sweaty hair after exercising

These 2 hair strands fell off my left temple, after i pulled it gently,without applying any strenght. Is it a good or bad sign? I havent noticed regrowth on finasteride,but my hair quality and thickness overall seems way better. My hair got darker too. The diffuse pattern still shows up when my hair is wet or greasy,but it doesnt when its dry.
