1) Did gyno return eventually? (n/a if the surgery was recent)

2) Who was your surgeon, at which company, and what was the cost?

3) Did the surgeon recommend quitting finasteride before the surgery? If so, did you?

4) Which method did the surgeon use? For example, was the incision made under/over the nipples, or in the armpits, and how much of the gland was removed?

5) Are you satisfied with the surgery results?

6) Have you tried anything else to counter gyno? If so, did it work?

Gyno surgery due to finasteride and still taking finasteride? You might be the first. Not having treatment options would suck, but if I get gyno due to finasteride...No more finasteride for me.

You would have to be a moron keep using finasteride after getting gyno, obvious hormone imbalance that's caused it. Only way to stop it from keep happening is getting of finasteride. Though there such thing as estrogen blockers out there...

mann im nearing 2 months on finasteride and got a nice fat lump around one of my nipples and it pissed me the fk off!! i was stuck on the low libido side effect and didnt get any of that at all, except i grew a pair of tits. It's not that bad right now but definately noticeable to me, i decided to stop today for at least 2 months and i am planning to drop some body weight in the meantime and possibly get on some letrozole if it doesnt go down in a week or 2. I would say that in these 2 months finasteride has given me a fuller look to my hair, though my hair is still fairly thin i feel like it has given my hair some volume. As much as i wanna pretend my gyno has always been there, it might of but it has definately grown since, worst part is the warning i got was an itchy nipple for about 10 seconds every couple of days... does anyone think me dropping body weight will hopefully have less effect on increasing my estrogen levels when i restart finasteride?

is it because it may means an underlying hormonal imbalance or just cause you dont want man boobs lol... is gyno an indicator of anything (besides high estrogen) when on finasteride?
