Thoughts On Saw Palmetto Or Pumkpin Seed?

Just curious if anyone takes SP (usually with pumkpin seed) and at what dose? I take 1mg finasteride in the am but have some leftover saw palmetto that I could take at night. I don't want to destroy my DHT per say since I already take finasteride so that's why I'd be careful with mg dose. That is.. assuming it actually works.. ;D

I have been using pumpkin seed oil almost everyday for last 6 months. It's a great product but it hasn't done anything positive for my hair yet.

I think pumpkin seeds only help when you eat them. They have good minerals in them that are good for hair health. This is likely the case for most nut or seed oils.
