Thank you to everyone in advance for providing any input/comments/thoughts on my below proposed treatment plan. I have been reading this site, as well as other resources, and I think I am ready to begin a treatment plan.
About Me: I am 30 years old and I would estimate I am between a Norwood 2 and Norwood 2A (it is hard to tell because I keep my hair relatively long, but I think I am in that range - see the pics I posted and you can form your own opinion). It will not be the end of the world if I lose my hair, but to the extent I can make a treatment plan without a risk of side effects I would prefer that. For personal reasons (and the risk of side effects), I am not willing to do Propecia. Everything else, however, is on the table (unless you convince me otherwise). I should note upfront that I workout a lot (sometimes 2x a day), so I inevitably end up washing/shampooing my hair more than I would like. I try to avoid doing it unless absolutely necessary, but at a minimum I end up having to wash it on average once a day (and sometimes twice a day).
Here is my proposed treatment plan:
-Revita Shampoo: 5x a week
-Regenepure DR: 1x - 2x a week
-Other Shampoos For Other Washes (at least 1x a week): Random Natural Shampoos and/or Regenepure NT
-Rogaine Foam 2x a day on thin spots (for regrowth)
-Tricomin 2x a day on thin spots (for regrowth)
-S5 Plus Cream 1x-2x a day (on front area of scalp where I am thinning) (for stopping hair loss)
-Dermaroller 3x-5x a week: I will start with 0.5 and work up to a larger one to the extent my scalp tolerates it
-Fish Oil 1200 mg 1x a day
-Vitamin C 1000 mg 1x a day
-Lysine 1000 mg 1x a day
Is this too aggressive? Is the Tricomin not necessary in light of the Rogaine foam? What about the dermaroller?
Any thoughts on the shampoo plan?
Will I experience any side effects? This is all topical stuff - so I am hoping no (although I recognize there is some additional risks using the dermaroller because I will be potentially introducing it into my system).
Is there anything I am missing that you think would be a good addition? Anything that you think is unnecessary?
Feel free to be critical - I appreciate all input.
Thanks again.
