I must be f***ing blind then because it's clearly worsened. I have WAY worse diffuse thinning now. The hairline's one thing for me, but the diffuse thinning is the thing that makes me lose my f***ing mind

For dutasteride? Nice. They don't prescribe it in my country but I just walk into the pharmacy and get it anyway

You should needle and add minoxidil if you want to regrow the temples

Worst advice ever since min/needling wont give him the desired results, he is in excellent state where he only needs to pop a pill and his hair is taken care of, if his hair loss was advanced then it is a different story. He shouldn't do anything for the next couple of years and then get a hair transplant. He got finasteride regrowth and if his hair loss is stabilized years later, then he can do a small FUE in the temples and his hair is set for a long time.
