I'm going through the worst shed of my life right now, with about 10-15 hairs in my hand every time I run my hand through my hair, with so many more coming out in the shower. Most of the hairs are decently thick (you can see the follicle thingy at the end of them) which makes me think that they'll grow back but I wanted to know how long that regrowth process takes, and whether the hairs that I shed will grow back at all.
I'm also worried because I'm afraid that my follicles may be clogged with sebum, which could be preventing my hairs from growing back. I have really bad dandruff and my hair gets greasy easily, plus someone told me that I might have clogged follicles, but I'm not sure how common of a thing that is. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated on this.
