Does anyone notice a nice tingley feeling (on their head).........(on their shoulders). Sometimes I think it is working when i can feel it....grnated it it not alll the time...and also i shaved my head on the lowest setting which i do every so often...and when iapply minxo i notice i dont hae to apply nearly as much when its longer to cover my head.....but should i continue with teh same amount and like smear it in...or....???
