Hey, felt awful the past few days, today especially so I thought I'd write a post

I've always been mildly depressed but I've always been able to overcome it but now? IDK, I've tried doing things to take my mind off it but it doesn't work.

Being the only person in my family dealing with this genetic defect apart from my dad and like a couple others doesn't help.

Just rot in my room all day.

I feel like dying.

I feel you man. I avoid going outside now. I wanted to go to gym but the thought of going like this terrorizes me.

Hate this disease, been worrying about it since I was 18 although through my early 20s my hair was great until I hit 25 and now my life is completely fucked.

Just take it day by day, doing a little bit more each day to improve your life. Don't expect an overnight turnaround. It's said scientifically it takes our brains about 3 weeks to get used to a new routine.

Are you employed? If not I would recommend finding a job, doing anything. It will help you mentally for sure & some coin

When you're in a real bad place you feel there's no overcoming it, but that's usually not the case
