Now see, this is all very different from how I handle these situations:

Person: "What are you doing?"

Me: "Hoping you'll go the f*** away."

Person: What are you doing?

ME: What does it look like I am doing?

Person: I don't know.

ME: Option 1 answer: Neither do I so that makes two of us. Option 2 answer: Talking to you.

I realise this is usually what people mean (not 100% of the time, eg sometimes I actually do ask someone what they're watching with no intention at all of watching all of it with them, just wondering) but I refuse to play these sort of social "games" which are essentially more socially retarded than being on the spectrum anyway.

If someone doesn't feel comfortable enough to just ask then I won't get along well with them.
